Support Process
Get Support with Your Energy Supplier
Start with a calm, structured 30-minute triage appointment.
Every new enquiry begins with a 30-minute triage appointment. This consultation allows Community Energy Advocacy CIC to understand your situation, assess urgency and safeguarding risks, and classify your case as simple, standard, or complex. We provide clear, human, and professional advocacy from the very first step, ensuring complete transparency on pricing and the path forward.
